After breakfast, proceed for a full-day guided tour of Old & New Delhi.
Old Delhi Tour:
Visit Jama Masjid – India’s largest mosque (built in 1650 A.D).
Drive through Chandni Chowk – the famous “Moonlight Square”.
Drive past the magnificent Red Fort – built by Emperor Shah Jahan.
Visit Raj Ghat – the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi.
New Delhi Tour:
Visit Humayun’s Tomb – UNESCO World Heritage Site (1565 A.D).
Drive past Safdarjung Tomb.
Visit Qutub Minar – 72 m high victory tower.
Return to hotel.
Overnight stay at Delhi hotel.
Post breakfast, checkout and drive to Agra – the city of the world-famous Taj Mahal.
Upon arrival, visit:
Agra Fort – a massive Mughal fort built by Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D.
Taj Mahal – one of the Seven Wonders of the World, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
After the tour, transfer to hotel.
Overnight stay at Agra hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Gwalior.
Sightseeing in Gwalior:
Gwalior is well-known for its majestic fort, legendary musician Tansen, and early inscription evidence of “zero”.
